I don't see how bruce lee is dominating the polls. 95% of MMA fighters today would kill him

are you insane?

Bruce Lee's speed cannot be matched...he will knock out today's MMA fighters and they wouldn't know what hit him....that skinny fuck used to do biceps curls with his balcony....lol

Have you seen his 1-inch punch?

You must not know very much about fighting.

Bruce Lee would get taken down and submitted with ease.

Being able to Bicep Curl has no use in fighting, so you fail there.

I've fought for most of my life and I spend time in prison for fighting underground...so I think I know a little about fighting....having incredible feats of strength has a lot to do with fighting....Iron Mike Tyson, George Foreman, Kimbo Slice (questionable? but he's a fighter) Silva, and I could go on and name a million other fighters who's primary advantage is brute strength....offcourse there is technique, determination, hard work, skill, dexterity, focus, stamina, and experience....but if you think that strength has nothing to do with it, then you're an idiot.

It's quite convenient for you to take my post out of context.

Strength does play a part, but being able to curl whatever is irrelevant.

Core Strength is what is important.

George Foremen got his strength from Chopping Wood for hours on end. Todays fighters mimic this same technique by Sledgehammering Tractor Tires.

Certain Isometric Exercises are beneficial to MMA but most of it relies on Compound Movements, Core Strength, Explosiveness, Plyo's, Calisthenics, etc. Not Bicep Curls

You could even look at Anderson Silva who looks like he's never even been to the gym and touched a dumbell or straightbar probably developed his Clinch Strength from practicing Muay Thai and perfecting his technique.

I practiced Muay Tai for 11 and a half years. Our couch forced us to do some form of weight lifting....

Ne-ways back on topic....you don't think Bruce Lee got the skills to beat todays fighters?

I think today's fighters wouldn't see it coming if they fought Bruce Lee....he would tear them to pieces....granted some of them can dance in the ring, but the guy was a frickin legend dude...he had awesome skills....his speed was unmatched...

I train at The WAT in Manhattan under Kru Phil Nurse. I've been doing it for around 4 years now.....

This will become an endless debate about Lee vs. Modern MMA. I can just say styles make fights, everyone has a kryptonite.

I think some MMA fighter or even K-1 fighters could give Bruce Lee a lot of problems

I guess we'll never know...

Thats because Bruce , one of the most photographed men of his era , never got in a fight anywhere NEAR a camera .

See , when you sell yourself as the worlds toughest man , you dont want anything like PROOF around to show you up .
