The Clen/T3 stack down low!!!

Need some advise Please! I want to start my 2nd cycle in about two weeks after bold/win cycle, And want get shredded . Just ordered my Clen (50 tabs @ 40mcg) and I have LiquiT-3 . I’m 33y.o 5'11" 203lb 27%BF. Trying to construct my cycle . Any help will be much appreciated. Day#;T3/clen________________________________________________________________________________________ Day 1-4: 15mcg / none
Day 5-7: 25mcg/ 40mcg
Day 8-11: 40mcg/ 60mcg
Day 12-26: 50mcg/ 80mcg
Day 27-30: 40mcg/ 60mcg
Day 31-33: 25mcg/ 40mcg
Day 34-37: 15mcg/ none
 
how long does the clen/t3 stack take before it "kicks in" per se. Is there an 'on' feeling that will accompany the cycle? im about 2 weeks into clen and started the t3 a few days ago at 25mcg and was wondering if i would feel something from the t3 such as increased sweating, heart rate etc.
 
Hi there, I am after some advice please. I am 5ft 8 and currently 182lb with about 17% BF (although feels much higher lol). Ive never really managed to get below 14% with dieting.
I am now pushing to get to around 10% BF which may be a little too far but thats my aim. After months of research, i am planning on starting a course of T3, CLEN, GH, TEST & TREN. Doses as follows
T3: 4 x 0.25mg tabs (taper up and down ofcourse) - Daily
CLEN: 80mg - Daily with ketofin
GH: 5 iu - 4 Days per week
Test Prop 100mg: 1 mil - twice a week
Masteron 100mg: 1 mil - twice a week
I am ofcourse dieting like mad too but this is where i come to a stumbling block - i have read many mixed reviews on the amount of calories/carbs i should be taking in, some articles say very low, others say highish as the T3 will burn through muscle etc. I am currently taking in approx 150g protien and i try and keep my carbs to less than 100g per day. Calorie wise its coming in at approx 1500 daily and i am keeping my fat intake as low as possible. I am also weight training 4 times per week with approx weekly cardio of 3 hrs (cross trainer with HR 140 - 150 & Rowing). I have been training on and off for many years and used AAS in the past to bulk up.
I have always struggled to loose fat, especially from my abdomen/back/chest areas. I have used T3 in the past on 1 occasion but not to a great extent, good results though.
Is the above correct for what i want to achieve? Can i tweek anything to help me get the results i want? anything i could add or indeed take away from the above which would help? My ultimate goal is to loose fat whilst not loosing any muscle. For the record im planning on staying on GH for about 6 months and maybe longer, however the T3 and AAS no longer than 10 weeks. Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated. thanks

I'm a female athlete that just had a baby. I'm thinking about taking clen but a little hesitant. Will a women see good results?
 
I'm new too, a woman and a little shy to post - lots of great thoughts here but also a lot of vets and all men! I am thinking of starting clen/T3 cycle for the first time - just not getting results I am wanting at the gym and through eating 1500 cals a day (relatively low carb).

Stats:
36 years old
5'9, 140lbs (goal is 127)
31% BF (boo)

Workouts:
3-4 days x 1 hour plyometrics, mixed weight circuit training boot camp style
2 days x 45 mins cardio

Any suggestions on clen dosage, and also on T3? I know women are more sensitive to it and I have also tested as slightly hypothyroid before (about 6 months ago, but not enough for the doctor to worry about).

There is a women forum which you definitely should check out and post on.

My girl wanted to take clenbuterol but I told her to hold off a bit. She kept insisting so instead, I gave her an ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) stack which I feel is a bit safer and simpler, since there is no ramping up.

She has seen great results. She's nice and toned up, problem fat areas have lessened, and she also has much more energy for her sports and her workouts...she looks really good :p...so I would recommend maybe trying that first so you get a taste for what stimulants do. Plus it may definitely be enough for you. If not, Clen/T3 WILL work but it should be one of the last options for weight loss. You are not competing for a swimsuit photoshoot here so why do something as extreme as that?

Is anyone cycling the T3/clen during their AAS cycle. I'm about to start a Test 400mg/wk, Deca 200mg/wk cycle, 10 weeks. What would be the best way to incorporate this into a cycle?

1) Add the T3/clen mid cycle
2) End 45 day T3 period when AAS cycle ends, cycle clen 2wk on/2wk off
3) Start T3/clen toward end of cycle to extend into PCT
4) Start with PCT after cycle over

Also going to add in Anavar at the end last 6 weeks of cycle from 40-60 mg/day

What is the daily dosage of taurine to add during T3?

Taurine dosage is roughly 3-5 grams daily. Take your T3 in the morning on a empty stomach or some milk and wait a few hours before you take anything else with it, it can interact with supplements and or medication. I would drop the T3 during your PCT and just run the Clenbuterol.

Ok, so then your saying you would do it mid-cycle so the T3 ended when your cycle ended.

I am a new on your site but not new on bodybuilng :) 3 years experienced 47 cm's biceps just for you to be a referance.
Nowadays i am in the diet and now just started 2nd box of lipo6 black. 25 days before i was 96 kg just gaved up a bad steroid period cause i thinks those are fake a bad ugl i used they say that contains on 1ml=100mg boldenon 100 mg trenbolone enantat and 100 mg testesteron enantat but after 6 weeks i just got water and a little bit muscle even i was on a good diet and very high protein. so with lipoo6 black and eca stack i lost 12kg.s at days(lots of it water) and now just started clenbuterol and here comes my question to you pro.s! :

1) can i use lipo 6 black and clenbuterol and winsterol tab.s together ? and i prefer 1 day on 1 day off traning just 15 repeats and kust 1 area a day. and 30 minutes elliptic bike and 15 min. abs moves...
2) what:'s the proper way of taking clenbuterols i just started 2 tabs a day 1 on morning 1 at afternoon on empty stomach with caffeine... and just increased 2 at morning and 2 at afternon and before exercise i am taking eca stack... i want to take at least 6 tabs of clenbuterol but when should i take. should i take all of them in the morning together or divide in to day and emprty stomach ? and i will use 6 tabs winsterol tablets and please combine lipo 6 black+clenbuterol+winsterol tablets and before exercise eca stack.
3) i read clen+t3 cycle is very good but i afraid of thyroid so now dont want to take t3 . is it really too dangereous or i am exaggerating cause i went mine 3. steroid cycle 1 month ago. please compare it is danger to efedrine or masteron or anyother steroids :)

Now my stomach is in very good condition 6 packs nearly visible but want to all of them so after that cycle i will use masteron propiant and winsterol needles. maybe i can add trenbolone acetat but now just want to use upper cycle. all of your comments is pretty much important please write.sorry for my bad english cause i am a foreigner.

1) You can stack Lipo6 and clen, but better yet use clen for 2 weeks, take 2 weeks off and use lipo 6.
2) I suggest you split you pills into AM after breakfast and before your workout, assuming that's around 2pm. Don't take clen/t3/eca or any other stimulants past 5-6pm (assuming you're in bed by 10-11).
3) we have a premade cutting stack, if you follow it, you shouldn't have problems: Cutting Stack
 
great read, i started on page 1 and went the distance! hope the OP is ok. question: what about doing the cutting stack and beastdrol starter stack at the same time? could you build mass and muscles while cutting fat potentially?or

You can cut fat and gain mass if your diet is good, a bodyopus or anabolic diet is suggested. :) Our cutting stack does wonders.
 
Im in a strange situation. I'm actually looking to lose around 5lbs of muscle. Odd I know, but with my current activities..my joints are taking a beating. I'm currently at 197 and 11-12%bf. So that's around 175lbs of lean mass. I'd like to get down to 185lbs at around 8%. Im fortunate in that dont lose much muscle when I diet, but in my case it's holding me back. I was thinking of running a dose of 75-100mcg of T3 for 4 weeks with 150g of protein. I hope this will get the job done. Any thoughts?

BTW I'm not a bodybuilder. Im a track athlete who does a lot of plyos and sprints. A few years layoff has left me overlly muscled.

CLEN CYCLE:
30ml @ 200mcg/ml of LiquiClen = 6000mcg/ per bottle

Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg

2 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF CYCLE = 640mcg = 1 Bottle will last 9.3 cycles

T3 CYCLE:
30ml @ 50mcg/ml of LiquiT3 = 1500mcg/ per bottle

Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-10: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)

Or do i take 2 weeks of clen stop then take 45 days of t3? then keep switching?

if you are happy with the sides at that dose i wouldnt bother, if you go over 100mcg i would split in two. one early morning and one around noon

I started to take the clen first day was yesterday and I took 80mcg for the first time, yeah I know a little stupid to start so high but its done. Here is the weird thing, I do feel my heart beating faster, but the side effects are minimal to non existene. Just wanted to find out if thats normal or if anyone else had the same effects?

I would suggest you split into AM/PM dosages. :)

CNS responses vary from individual to individual. Your sides are more internal, aka heart rate increase, metabolic shift etc... other guys have external sides too like shaking and sweats. It's different from person to person. :)
 
hello. new here!..i just purchased cytomel...how much do i start to take? can someone post me a cycle to follow..?? do i have to take something else with this as well??? I am 28, 152 lbs ( only using this to loose weight!)

Thats a pretty high BF...but IF and only IF you do the cycle correctly and stick to a strict diet...you will love the end result...you could diet down naturally to a lower BF but i already have the feeling that your going to go ahead and do the clen/t3...with that said...i wouldnt ramp the t3 so high for your first time...the very first time i ran t3 I didnt go over 25mcgs....that was my entire t3 cycle....just 25mcgs..and i got outstanding results...just be careful.




swordfish...what weight did you start at wiht t3? how long did you take it and what was the end reseults?
 
please help! I just ordered cytomel t3...i received 100 tabs...on one side of the pills it says 100...on the other is a indented line. does this mean that they are 100mcg??? and if i start at 25 mcg...how do i cut the pill up?

I know your not supposed to do high intensity interval training on clen. So what sort of exercise routine do you guys suggest for a 5' 7' 30 year old who weighs 135 pounds? I have the clen and t3 dosages set but want to know what the proper exercise routine should be to supplement the meds.
I also do weight training about 3-4 times a week currently and my normal cardio training is about 20-40 minutes of running, walking, dancing, stairmaster... sometimes more but never less than 20 minutes.

I eat pretty healthy 6 days a week. lean protein and veggies and fruits. sometimes i wonder if eating enough. have occasional protein shakes but always something like that or chocolate milk after training. on 7th day i usually have a cheat meal. nothing too crazy . like a slice or two of pizza and light eating rest of day. my big vice is alcohol. vodka about 2 times a week ouch ..

Hey everyone,

I'm very new to this whole Clenbuterol world. A friend of mine suggested it, so I thought I'd try it out. My basic stats are: Age 27, Height 5'11", 240lbs.

I have yet to take any doses but do have the liquid version in my possession (200mcg/ml). As well I have studied that to get the best results, it should be taken in a 2 week on/2 week off cycle. And each time, ramping up from 20mcg to a max of 100mcg for males.

Now I am not naive. I realize this isn't some kind of miracle drug where I'm gonna have ripped six-pack abs like a bodybuilder. But that's not the reason I'm going to take it. I just need a little help to get myself down to a reasonable weight. Since making the commitment to eating better, not late, and smaller portions I have dropped 15lbs naturally in about 3 months. I do 30-45 minutes of running/elliptical daily with weight training mixed in. I would like to get to 190-200lbs and that's it.

I have read about the side effects (tremors, nausea, insomnia, etc) and do understand what they entail. My biggest question to this community is whether it is wise for me to take the Clenbuterol at this point? I know bodybuilders take it to shed that minuscule excess fat for shows, but how would someone like myself fair?

The liquid clen that I have does come with a marked dropper of 0.5mL & 1.0mL. Being that 0.5mL = 100mcg for this particular mixture, it seems pretty easy to measure. I just may have to guess-timate the 20mcg-40mcg. But I have ready people saying to use needles (or oral syringe) purchased at a pharmacy. Can these needles be used multiple times or is it a one & done sorta thing?

I don't plan to make Clen a regular part of my life, and am not in any major rush to get it in my body. I would like a bit of a helping hand, but not if it's a major risk to my overall health.

This is the cycle I plan to do. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 80mcg
Day 7-9: 100mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg
 
This might sound kind of dumb, but I am curious... if T4 Naturally turns tinto T3 ( can you stack these two together to get an even more intense effect?)
 
Question for OP:

How often does a person take the potassium gluconate? As well as what's the purpose of it in the cycle?
