The Clen/T3 stack down low!!!

I usually take the same time off as i took on...there is no real time off protocol for this..but usually i run a cutter and bulker..if i do anything in the bulker is clen added into my pct protocol..but not the T3

Previously competed in Figure, spent the last year bulking and am having a hard time dropping wt. Haven't touched anything in a year. Previously took, Winny/Van/EQ/Clen stack 2 times...
This extra wt. is killing me emotionally and I've deceided that I'm going to do a cycle of T3 incorpuration of a solid diet and training program, to just get this crap off my body. I'm not sure if I want to jump back on clen with this, for the reason that it made me anxious, which lead to eating.... I'm going to stick with a ECA stack, 5 day weight training split/ 1 hr of cardio 6 days a week, incorpurating intervals. Diet will consist of 6 meals, all 6 wll include 30 grms of protein , and the first three meals 30 grms of complex carbs, 2 fat sources with my last two meals of the day from either PB or almonds.....

I was looking at taper after 50 mcg's.... how many days should I run a good solid cycle....what should I expect form this....Am I looking at a good 10-20 pounds of bf if I stick with my diet and training program? I shoulds also mention that I am currently and have been training and doing an hr of cardio a day and am still at this weight and BF. So really all thats changing is diet abit and adding T3.

You can run a T3 cycle 8-12 weeks depending on the amounts...I've done 25mcgs of T3 ED for an entire 12 week cycle with NO problems...but I stuck to 25mcgs for this...the wieght loss was gradual but awesome..if your going ot taper it then i would suggest 8 weeks (2 months) .. if your going to stop at 50mcgs then that would be a good length...cant really tell you how much you will loose cause this will depend on YOU, your diet and training and your persistance....good luck.

Day 7-10: 25mcg (one dose in AM)
Day 11-13: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 14-17: 60mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 18-21: 70mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 22-25: 80mcg (split into 5 doses, 3 hrs in between)
Day 26-29: 70mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 30-33: 60mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 34-37: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 38-45: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in between)
Day 46-49: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in between)

Looks good..but personally just split it into AM/PM thats it..not before 6 of course..but no real need to split it so many times..
 
One more question, I have been reading that there are other supplements that u can take during the cycle to aid in the full restoration of your thyroid and prevent down regulation, such as tyrosine,t-100x and guggel's...not even sure what product t-100x is...

Never done any of that and had no problems..but since they are OTC supplements I wouldnt see it hurting by trying..

I have a quesion maybe yo can help me with SF, I posted another link on it and have gotten great fb but I'm wondering what yours or others who may have missed the threads opinion on it is. I have the same pills as in the pic' link below, the seller told me they where 60mcg...I'm thinking they are 25mcg...I want to be careful but also make sure I'm doing a good cycle........what do you think?
