it's a matter of taste. basically they will all give you the same gains. There's no miracle protein powder. I personally love Sports One and NHF cause of their taste and they mix easily. While others will go with Pro Lab, Weider.......

Whey protein isolate right after you work out like Isopure and later on in the day whey protein concentrate and Calcium Caseinate is good.

Biotest Low Carb Grow! is a great tasting and high quality product. They use a blend of slower digesting casein and the faster whey proteins. Good product. A little pricey but if you can afford it that would be my favorite.

you know, i think your right on that. they advertise the shit out of the stuff so i figured i try it ya know.
i just ordered some designer whey chocolate and the new designer whey "maxxon", see how it works.

manny78, do you feel sports one whey is good quality? i've never heard anything good or bad about that company, but their prices are real low, so it makes me wonder how good their protein actually is.

Biotest Low-Carb Grow! or "Classic" Grow! and also Bioplex's powders are good. These are the only ones I have and use.
