The best Hypertrophy Program

DC, Mentzer, GVT, HIT, PHAT, Full body, 5/3/1, 5x5.... What have you used and what were your results and experiences. What is the best program for pure Hypertrophy considering your diet and recovery are dialed in perfectly.

I am currently using a full body routine which has worked great for me but i couldn't imagine using it for more than 8 weeks. I'm on week 6 and considering deloading next week. I am considering trying PHAT or 5/3/1 afterwards. My goals right now are based more on just building my frame as massive as possible. I'm currently 6"2" 222lb. Before i used the full body routine i only stuck to powerlifting. 5x5 and WSB templates.

Would you guys recommend this routine as a good mass/hypertrophy program? I thought it was more of a precontest workout to bring up lagging muscles.

You cant really bring up lagging bodyparts during a prep. Usually the best you hope for is to hold onto what you got while you diet down. Unless you grow into a show......

Achieving the maximum pump should be a big part of every bodybuilders routine, IMO. Stretching the fascia makes more room for growth. However, the fascia is RARELY a limiting factor to someones progress, unless there already massive. FST is used basically to achieve the best pump possible to stretch the fascia.

usually an ISO movement at the end of the workout for 7 sets with roughly 45 seconds rest between each set....used to achieve the maximum pump possible

Right on. Ive been reading into it and I think I'm gonna go for it. I'm gonna incorporate some
of my powerbuilding type stuff in for th initial compound movements. I was thinking a split like this...
Mon: Arms
Tues: Legs
Wed: off
Thurs: chest/tri
Fri: Back/bi
Sat: shoulders/calves
Sun: off
