I just wanted to thank everyone on here. You guys on here with your support are changing my life more then you all know. with youe advice in the last couple months i lost 10% body fat and i lost over 25 pounds. i was real over weight 6 months ago. 6 months ago i weighed 318pounds and before i got a job as a contractor in Afghanistan i dropped to 277 pounds and 35% body fat. now i am down to the weight i was at when i played defensive line in HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!! and im 30 years old now. so with everyone help and diet information i have become a "new me" and i feel better then i have in years. now i need more advice guys. im going to be starting the beastdrol starter stack. now i need more diet advise. right now i eat 3 eggs and a little bacon, oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, lunch is a piece of meat, salad, a little rice and i take fruit back to my tent if i get hungry before dinner. and dinner the same but no rice. just the meat and salad and for dessert i eat fresh fruit and i mix in a little yogurt. this is what i eat now. but im wondering what i will need to eat to get the most out of this beastdrol stack. i got the gym covered i got a decent work out. but i want to work on my diet. i got a couple other guys i go to the gym with and we push eachother real hard. i dont mean to make this so long but i could use some help. thanks guys. this site, with the help of all you guys has changed a big mans life and you dont even know it. i just want to thank you all again. your good bros on here. thanks

Thats Great! Just keep at it and remember when you hit a sticking point or the gains have slowed that Rome wasn't built in a day.

That's awsome! Good job and keep up the good work. Like the others said add some protein and if you are eating 3 times a day try to add a little protein for a snack in between meals. You know, that Needto new Gear product coming out soon would be great for protein and easy to use.
 
yeah i will get some protien i guess. ill order up some soon. whats a good one. i cant go to the needto site because of this damn military internet they block the site i order from. i usually have my sister do it haha. i was also told because i do still have quite a bit of fat that i really dont need more protien because my muscles will feed off the fat i got. does that sound right or should i just start hitting more protien. and i want to lower my carbs down a little more too. i wanted to get the liposhred stack from omega but i guess he is havign some problems now. any other real good fat burners? and what kinda cardio should i do. i walk about 3 miles a day. im not running yet doe to the rod and screw in both my legs from these defensive line days!!!!!! haha. ok guy again thanks for helping me changemy life. i wont show my wife pictures i am going to supprise her. i got married at 318 and then the last she saw me i was 277 so i think she is gonna shit when she sees me this time!!!!! again guys thanks for all your help
 
one more thing. i want to gain some size and get my strength back. man i cant bench nothing anymore i mean im working out with like 135lbs. its embarrassing for someone my size. but its been 10 years since i been real dedicated. the last couple moths i been real good. but im wanting to get some size and strength. i got the beasdrol starter stack. now i was wondering should i do the 5x5's i hear about or more reps or what should i do. from what i remember more weight and less reps to gain size faster. but its been a while so i dont know if it changed. thanks bros i thank you for all the help. i hate feeling like a newbe haha

Yea.. When I started back at the gym last year my strength was super low.. lower then it was in high school, lol :worried:
The 5x5 definitely helped me bring this up. :)
 
I did the 5X5 earlier in the year while doing Katandrol and I gained alot of strength. You made a good point about the protein-not getting too much so you can burn the fat. What I would do would be inrease the protein between meals just to keep the muscle building and metabolism going. Maybe your sister can send you the new Gear product Needto is coming out with (increase your protein, easy to carry with you, small amount of calories etc).
