So I know I left a lot of u guys hanging but hopefully this post will make up for it. This is week 26 and going strong in my pct. At the end I did some tren and focused on recomping.....I also am running GH in my pct to help keep my gains which is working well. So my final stats at the end of the cycle were exactly what I wanted them to be....
Weight 246
Bf 7% and dropping from gh
Lifts
Bench 415x10
Squat 545x10
Deadlift 635x10
I will be getting blood work done soon to see how I truly finished but my lifts are not suffering to badly.....just can't keep the same endurance.

For my future plans I plan on staying on GH for a while around 6 months.....then sometime after that I will run something note along these lines
