Oils and pep’s are above and beyond. I feel great i literally swung a axe at stumps of 1 and half over the weekend, prior to peds I wouldn’t have been fucked for the week with my back. I sat down had a protein water and could of went another hour but didn’t need to thankfully lol

Hammer curls 12 x3 12kg
concentrated dumbbell curls 10x3 12kg
Wide grip easy Bar curls 10x3 15kg
Close grip easy Bar girls 8x3 12kg
Overhead dumbbell extensions 8x3 10kg
At this point I was hurting
Went for a 1k walk

Side note just cracked into my 6th HGH at 2iu a day 5 on 2 off purely for cost efficiency lol now considering upping to 3iu if the boss lets me spend the money 😅
2 ius 5/2 is better anyways
