Back story is I have run a log over on Evo for @Sydney City supplements, and followed him over to this forum, last little blast was 400 mg test e 200 mg EQ a week split also ran 2.5mg of his Reta and dropped I think about 8KG‘s. I stopped the Reta about 3 months ago. He has been very helpful and supportive.

Currently I Am still on his test E at 250mg a week whilst ideal with a shoulder injury/ tendons with tears. He has been generous enough to send out some BCP and TB mix to get more recovery going quicker. The injury is quite a pain as I struggle to lift my right arm above my head and have an impingement at 90° on a nerve which tends to make things difficult.

So I will be slowly getting back to repaired without making things worse.

I’m sitting at 90kg which is up since I stopped Reta. I will be running test e until I run out then sus at 300mg a week and tren e at 100mg a week, HGH (first time using) will be at 2iu m-f at night.

Calories are unmonitored but sit between 2500 and 3000

Exercise has been consistent of walking and light stretching for the shoulder. But looking to move onto some very light weights to get back into things and build the muscles around the tears.

Considering going back on the Reta to stop the food noise. Keen to put this shoulder injury behind me, have another scan in 3 weeks. SCS bcp/tb has been going smooth.

should be getting around to start the HGH hopefully end of the week and bring back light weights to not over do it.

my best advice with tb500 and bpc is frontload them. and also run them a minimum of 3-4 months. its expensive but that is how you can get the most out of them @Titties

@Titties i'm curious to hear what changes you had after coming off reta. are you dealing with a lot of fat gain? weight gain? appetite increase?

Bro food noise increased a lot! If I didn’t eat I found I was rather lethargic. Fat has come back slow but due to the injury physical activity has been reduced.

Update - have finished SCS bcp/tb mix this morning, I tried some pushups yesterday afternoon, got 5 in and could feel what I’m assuming is the bursa inflammation pressure in the joint. Muscle pain and tendons have improved greatly from 3 weeks ago.( now stopped prescribed medication)

Work out side of thing in still just cardio and also short sprints as I’m currently taking the training wheels of my sons bike 😅

Sydney city supps is send out a variety pack which I’ll be getting bloods a couple weeks on them. I have also recently added a different milk thistle now with choline.

All I can say is my sleep is fucking gold with this hgh and have noticed hunger increase.
I have Reta inbound for myself and for the wife who will be logging Reta and eventually mt2.

Activity over the weekend was cutting down and cutting up 40 plus golden cane palms with a handsaw then loading them up.

Yesterday was all cardio 2km walk around rather hilly terrain.

Very happy with how my shoulder is feeling and how the gear is feeling.

Question for followers - do you get scar tissue/gristle feeling in spots where you pin frequently? Got one spot on my leg that just hates the need. Feels like that one bit of steak you spit out it’s that tough lol (yes I rotate the areas)

Yeah bro adding Reta back to the cycle, SCS Reta really helped me control my hungry and drop 2 or 3 kilos which my mid area has gained.

My food is stay consistent bro aim for average of 2500cal each day. Do need to add a protein shake in here and there just need to find another I like.

@Titties a lot of times its easy to blame tren or npp for gyno. but all in all its 95% of the time caused by test. make sure you use an AI from day 1 next time

Start of week update, sleep with GH still so good! Have noticed slight increase in strength not sure if it’s my shoulder finally stop being a bitch and ready to grow.

Weekend was cracker, spent most the time cutting down trees again, went to take the Harley out for a strap and the battery shits itself so sulked in my shed half of Sunday 🤣
