Worked up to max sets of
Hamstring curl laying 68kg x 10
Seated curl 50kg x 10
Hyperextensions 4 x 15 (bodyweight so did a bit more volume here)
Standing calf raises 200kg x 10
Seated calf raise 120kg x 6
Feeling stronger and fuller
Body weights around 95 kg

Alternating db curls worked up to 20kg each arm for 10 reps a side
Barbell curls 40kg x 10
Rope hammers as pictured here 3 x 10 at 31kg on the pulley machine focusing on contraction at top and holding for a few seconds
Rope pushdowns
One arm tricep extensions 20kg x 10
3 x 10 at 31kg focus on squeeze at bottom and hold for a few seconds

Weight dropped a bit and I seemed to have tightened up a little more
Tonight is arms and calves which I will log the workout for you all
