@Infinity Labs @ceo @pigsy @ROIDDERS @the_alcatraz Ill staring to log again for infinity my recovery process and muscle maintenance training you never I push a few areas but currently I need to focus on stretching calf’s hammies with light/moderate weight, the plantar fasciitis is vastly improving with the back I know to stabilise everything and build wall of muscle around the lower back and hips will also include stretching.
Below will be my core routine.. any advice or additional exercises will be appreciated

you should start a new log if you restarting bro
