Hey guys I’ve jumped over from Evo to log on both platforms bit of rough time last year most time off the gym in my training life. Stick loads of shit up my nose and drinking heavily
Landed in aus and found evo they helped me reignite my passion which I’ve been fighting to find again.
Currently running 800mg test e and 500eq
6 iu of hgh have huge table of bone broth before bed in a drink form all my gear has been generously supplied by @Infinity Labs also has been a top guy to me with advice and just letting me chew his ear off.
I’m training one day on one day off just recovering from fucked back last few weeks so hoping to post some good leg workouts and sessions in general looking forward to sharing and taking any advice going forward.
