Solid training week, didn’t miss a day. Back in the routine of daily cardio in the morning. Been doing about 20-25 mins. Let sessions are getting back to 2x a week and one rest day.
Calories back on the cut, but as tight all week had some other stuff on the weekend. Good to locked back in.
Aiming for around 220 grams protein. Pushing my carbs closer to training for better sessions.
Sassy gear going well, looking to bring in an oral shortly.
