Big thank you to Sassy for sending through the healing stack so fast. Started it last night will be running for a little while I recover. Hamstring is getting better, just as I got back into training and the bike I ended up getting sick as a dog. So barely trained in 2 weeks now.

Been good on the food tho, which is great.

Mid week may be able to start training again. Food and macros staying the same, cheat meals once a week.

Hopefully next week will be more positive

Cals sitting roughly the same, trying to focus on eating clean and allowing a good cheat meal on the weekend. Working well so far. Looking leaner, feeling better and will get a pic soon. Need a spot with better lighting.

Sassy stuff is going great, feeling good on the 400 split, and the BPC/TB has worked well as i'm recovered and back into leg stuff.

Sick pumps as well with the EQ, liking this mix and hope to keep it consistent for another 4-6 weeks before changing anything.

Glad to hear brother your legs coming good. Having 1 cheat meal on the weekend will not hurt if you don't go over the top.

Maybe I’m impatient but I wasn’t feeling anything from it. Tried 2,3,4 iu. I don’t think I’m eating enough for it - once I increase cals I’ll give it another shot. But for now trying to lean out the only thing I was getting from it was stiff hands and some puffyness

Food is average this week. Trying a few foods around for dinner, that’s the only part that is not set. The rest is fine - chicken and rice for lunch, yoghurt, bananas, chia, protein shake. Makes up most of the day. A few carbs right before the gym.

Doing some pasta and mince at dinner for the next 2 weeks or so, bumping the carbs and calories up as a bit of a refeed period before going back into the cut.

Solid training week, didn’t miss a day. Back in the routine of daily cardio in the morning. Been doing about 20-25 mins. Let sessions are getting back to 2x a week and one rest day.

Calories back on the cut, but as tight all week had some other stuff on the weekend. Good to locked back in.

Aiming for around 220 grams protein. Pushing my carbs closer to training for better sessions.

Solid training week, didn’t miss a day. Back in the routine of daily cardio in the morning. Been doing about 20-25 mins. Let sessions are getting back to 2x a week and one rest day.

Calories back on the cut, but as tight all week had some other stuff on the weekend. Good to locked back in.

Aiming for around 220 grams protein. Pushing my carbs closer to training for better sessions.

Sassy gear going well, looking to bring in an oral shortly.
I find having more carbs around training works for me, keen to see how you go bro.

Decent week of training missed two days with stuff on. But been consistent with cardio every morning and on the weekend. Definitely making a difference.

Food is going well, diet is back in a good spot. Fish for dinner, chicken for lunch and keeping the protein high. Carbs focused around when I train.

Added in some clen this week.

Bro think of missing a session as a forced rest day. You are still do the cardio so that a win!
