Week 18 Update

Good week of training on the higher cals, the vascularity and pumps have been so good with extra carbs and the EQ. Started up morning cardio again and going forward I’ll be doing it daily.

Calories dropping back down, after about 2/3 weeks on a higher amount. Easing back into the cut, dropping some carbs through the day and focusing them before the gym.

Aiming for 200g-220g protein.
Protein shake x2
Yoghurt x2
Banana x2
LCM bar pre gym
Rice, veggies and chicken for lunch
Fish, veggies, salad, avocado for dinner
Skinny cow ice cream after dinner
