I would highly eccomend ED injects. From personal experience I can tell you that you will see better gains

I cant do 100mg ED, to cut a long story short.....I have to do mine in the mens room at work cos my girl doesnt know about it (she hates the stuff) so when I crack open a 200mg amp I have to stick the lot there and then!
