WELCOME TO LOG #22.5 CONTROLLED
Probably the smallest stack I’ve run in years, but the goal right now is simple: keep things controlled, stay consistent, keep training quality
Well overview between Tuesday and Friday I’ll send a screenshot of my new macros but I’ve pushed up food body weight holding it around 110 but I am seeing seeing that. I’m getting Leaner in the physique. I got my echocardiogram results and full bloodwork back in stoked with the results apoB fasted insulin everything like that is really really good. I’m obviously my heart is smaller from last echocardiogram, but I do have a genetic condition called aortic regurgitation so we have to keep a keen eye on that and we’re gonna keep it very very sensible moving forward but overall my ejection fraction is like 55% and my heart‘s a lot smaller than it used to be and there’s no other issues with my heart structurally or function so it’s just a little bit bigger than normal because of the genetic condition but other than that it’s working pretty Darn good but we just have to keep everything sensible
Right ventricle: Normal size and normal systolic function. RV base is 4.1 cm, TAPSE 2.9 cm and RV S′ 20 cm/s, which are strong measures of RV contraction.
- Left atrium: Normal size. LA volume index is 32 mL/m², with the report’s normal cutoff being <34. So you’re toward the upper end of normal, but not enlarged.
- Right atrium: This is the one chamber besides the LV that’s still abnormal — mildly dilated, with RA area 22 cm². Importantly, it’s described as mild, not moderate/severe.
- Aorta: Normal-sized aortic root and ascending aorta. Your measured aortic root is 37 mm, with the lab reference range 25–40 mm. So it’s toward the upper part of their normal range, but it is not classified as dilated.
- Right-sided pressures: Estimated RVSP is 34 mmHg. The IVC is normal in size and collapsibility, which also argues against elevated right-sided filling pressure. Diagnostic Imaging Report.pdf
- Diastolic function: Normal, with normal filling pressures. That’s another positive finding. Diagnostic Imaging Report.pdf
- Valves: Trace TR and pulmonary regurgitation aren’t the major issue here. The important valve finding remains the aortic valve — suspected right coronary cusp prolapse with mild–moderate eccentric aortic regurgitation. Diagnostic Imaging Report.pdf
So in very simple terms: RV = normal. LA = normal. Aorta = normal size. RA = mildly enlarged.
The major structural issue that remains is the LV, which the cardiologist still calls moderate-to-severely dilated at 63 mm / LVEDVi 104 mL/m², with eccentric LV hypertrophy. Importantly, systolic function is preserved at 54% Simpson EF, and GLS is mildly reduced at −17% but similar to your previous study. Diagnostic Imaging Report.pdf
