09/29 Log Update

Sorry guys for being out the last couple days I had some personal family stuff I had to deal with but its all good and sorted out. Yesterday I did shoulder and I had a great workout absolutely killed them in a good way!! This whole last week has been really solid training sessions, great recovery and overall feeling pretty damn good in the gym!

Sleep:
Has been good I would say that I am getting closer to 6-7 hrs a night. I have definitely noticed a difference being off of the GH.

Mental:
Has been good. Staying motivated to accomplish my next goals. If you asked me a couple of months ago I would have said that if I could just look how I look today I would be happy but thats never really the case is it. I am never really satisfied and always striving to look and be a better man then I was the day before. But I am incredibly thankful for that because it keeps me hungry and keeps me going. So overall I'm definitely motivated, determined and very thankful to have the life that I have.

Physical:
Has been great. Im feeling great in the gym, my recovery has been on point and quick! Still feeling myself getting stronger but I also remind myself that even though my muscles feel like they can push more weight I have to take it slow because my joints and ligaments might not be ready and the last thing I want to do is hurt myself and slow my progress down. So I always remind myself to take it easy when I am upping the weight especially with my shoulders!

One shitty thing I have been dealing with though is some pretty knarley acid reflux. Which I absolutely hate!! My trainer said that it could be because of how much food I have been putting down. He said that it happened to him when he was bodybuilding but I honestly think its from me dry scooping my pre-workout and my pump supplements. So I am going to take a break from those and see if it goes away cause acid reflux is one thing I cant deal with! I absolutely hate it!

Love the momentum you have brother and respect your still ticking the boxes when life gets busy 🤜🏼🤛🏼
@Allupfromhere so I am still learning and its really hard when there is so many different opinions out there on what doses are best which even then I know that that is going to vary person to person. With that being said my health and longevity is absolutely my main concern and that is what is most important to me. Would you mind if I DM you a little bit later this evening and I can go more in depth on the questions you asked me.

I 100% respect your advice and I dont at all take it like you are breathing down my neck. I am far from knowing everything there is to know when it comes to ped's and being enhanced and I am here to learn. I am actually really grateful that you did say something, so thank you.
Im so sorry legend been absent from the platform for a minute and have only just seen this.

Reach out when ever you like my man 🙏👊🏽

10/01/26 Log Update

Well another month down gentlemen. It's crazy how fucking fast September went!! Its feels like we just started September and its already over. Usually would have had a rest day on Wednesday but I ended up switching my off day to Thursday because my trainer had some stuff going on which is totally okay but man it made me realize how much better I feel when I have my normal schedule of Tuesday Shoulders, rest day on Wednesday and then Thursday Chest because my shoulders were so damn sore and then doing chest the very next day was a little bit tough, plus I didn't feel nearly as strong because of how sore my shoulders already were from training them the previous day. Still had an awesome workout though.

Sleep:
Has been consistent at about 7 hours a night. I definitely have a lot more energy now that I am off the GH. I will say the sleep was awesome! But I found myself being very tired all day long. It was like I couldnt get enough sleep no matter what. Even when I would get an 8-9 hour night of sleep I still felt like i needed a 4 hour nap in the middle of the day. And there were plenty of days where I did just that, I could take a 4-5 hour nap during the day get up eat, take a shower maybe do some homework lay back down at 7:30-8:00pm, fall asleep and sleep all the way through the night. So it's definitely nice to have a little bit more energy now and not feeling like I am tired all the time.

Mental:
Is great. I am staying positive I have been really motivated lately i think a huge part of why I feel so motivated is because I am seeing the results of all the hard work I have been putting in with my physique, my strength, my success with school just all the progress that I have been making has been more apparent as of late which help a ton with my mental state!

Physical:
I have been feeling really good physically as well. Feeling strong in the gym, have definitely noticed my stamina and endurance has gone through the roof compared to even a month ago. I got a lot more gas in the tank to work with! My recovery has been great. My diet has been consistent and I definitely am more hungry so I am trying to listen to my body and feed my body more. I always feel like I could be better with eating though as far as getting in more meals. Even though I hit my daily calories I find myself saying "I could have gotten in another meal" at the end of the day. Just part of that never good enough mentality that a lot of us deal with.

10/04 Log Update

Had a really busy weekend with family which is always good. Still made it to the gym to train of course. Had a killer leg day yesterday. Honestly every workout this past week was awesome. It was kinda funny, on Friday I went in kinda frustrated, I was just having one of those days. I have been working on flexing my lats which I find really hard for some reason. Doing a lat spread is really difficult for me. I know I dont have the biggest lats but I should still be able to do a lat spread and see them. So me being frustrated with that and getting in my head I went in to train and was telling my trainer I want to focus on my lats because I feel like im lacking in that area and i feel like they never get really sore. So maybe I am doing something wrong. Or maybe I am over compensating with other muscles in my back. Well holy shit! We definitely focused on my lats and they are still sore today and its Monday, so its been 3 days lol.

Sleep:
Has been consistent and good. Getting 7-8 hours a night.

Mental:
Has been great other then me being a little bit hard on myself but we all have those days. Overall I've been really happy and motivated!

Physical:
Been feeling really good physically. My strength and endurance in the gym has been great! My recovery has been awesome and relatively quick! I ended up getting the digestion enzyme supplement by physicians choice over the weekend and it helps so much with my digestion. So I am feeling a ton better in that area which makes me feel so much better overall, its amazing! Feeling rested, healthy and strong.

10/12/2026 Log Update

Sorry I have been absent from the log as of late, I been dealing with some kind of stomach bug that has had me spending the majority of my time in the restroom. Its been really bad. At first it was waves of nausea, some mild stomach cramps and a slight fever (hot and cold). It seemed like I was starting to get over that, started to feel a little bit better and then I got hit with this stomach bug that I am just starting to get over now where I literally have to be close to a bathroom at all times, my stomach is constantly moving and making noise and literally as soon as i put anything into my stomach its coming out something fearce on the other end (maybe a little bit TMI but we're all adults here). The first couple days i somehow found it in me to make it to train quick and then come straight back home but yesterday there was no way I was going to make it in to do legs so I ended up taking yesterday off and going to urgent care just to make sure I was staying hydrated enough which I was so that was good news.

Sleep:
Hasn't been very good as you would expect. During the night I am constantly up and down going in and out of the bathroom. So the little sleep I am getting is very interrupted unfortunately but I have been resting a lot, taking it easy and getting in little naps when I am able to. Just taking it really easy.

Mental:
Has been okay. I have been really trying to stay positive through this but I would be lying if I said that this hasn't been getting to me a little bit. I hate having to take days off if its not a scheduled rest day. Especially on leg day but I just foresaw that being a complete disaster. So I am trying to give myself a little bit of grace but its hard. Ill be happy when I am just feeling back to normal.

Physical:
Kind of a no brainer. Physically I have been feeling really shitty... (quite litterally lol) when I did make it into train I just tried to take it easy. I have lost like 7lbs throughout this whole ordeal which sucks I hate losing. I have tried to keep my diet on track as much as possible but its been hard when anytime I eat anything it makes your stomach 10 times worse. So I have obviously been feeling a lot weaker, tired and worn down just from being sick and not being able to eat like I usually do.

10/17/2026 Log Update

Alright Gentlemen I am officially feeling so much better, stomach has finally calmed down and is back to normal and I will be back to my daily updates, I apologize for my absence but I needed to take a little bit of time to get myself feeling better. I actually just realized it's only been a few days but it feels like its been way longer lol. I have made this part of my daily routine and I thoroughly enjoy doing it and being a part of such an incredible group of guys!

Sleep:
Has been really good lately. I have been getting 7-8 hrs a night if not more some nights. I can definitely tell that my body is catching up on all of the sleep that I lost when I was sick.

Mental:
Has been really good! Been feeling positive, motivated and really grateful to be feeling better. Being sick like that really makes me thankful that I am as healthy as I am and that I am able to workout like I do. There are a lot of people that dont have that luxury or that just simply don't enjoy it. I am glad that its something that I truly love doing.

Physical:
Has been great! I have been feeling awesome in the gym. I think the little bit of extra time I took off was good because I just feel refreshed now. Im feeling strong, my endurance is up, overall I'm just feeling really good. My recovery feels almost quicker then it was before I got sick too.
