Test E @500mg

Hey guys, My bud (amateur bodybuilder) is helping me plan my cycle. He seems to think I should use 500mg of test E for only 5weeks insted of 10. Would the test even have time to kick in with such a short cycle? He said since im 21, 10 weeks would be too long because I could burn out my receports.

Any opinions bro?
 
He is half right. You should wait till you a re older IMO. Post up your stats, lifts PR's, and some pics. We can tweak your diet, legal suplementation, etc.

Test E has a half life of 8-11 days. So a five week cycle would "start" 6 days in and would "stop" 8 days after your last shot. So your theroy is incorrect.

5 weeks seems short. What are your expectations?
 
his expectations are his bottle will run out after 5 weeks....2 injects a week for 5 weeks will be all 10 ml's that he has!
 
Current stats: 6'0 225lbs 13-14%bf Armsize: 18inchs cold
Lifts: I dont lift heavy but here they are anyways.
Bench: 320lbs
squat: 405lbs
dead: 450lbs

Goals: lean mass, I honestly don't know what to expect, im a steroid virgin. I will be competing in a state bodybuilding show later this up coming year.

Pretty Good lifts bro!!!! testosterone enanthate 500mg a week for 10 weeks split in 2 shots 250mg each Monday and Thursday... Make sure u have proper PCT - post cycle therapy - setup also bro. This is so key to keeping any gains!!!!

damn bro for being natty thats pretty damn impressive....u must have great genetics

I'm not taking anything away from him in the least ...and I'll even go a lil further and say that his lifts are probably better than 90% of the average gym

...but those #'s are about average for a natural lifter ...if he eats properly and has been training on a consistant basis for the past 1-3 years

you're body is very capable of that & more naturally ...but it requires a firm commitment to diet & to the steel as well as a strategic approach to both ...it also requires patience
 
My advice would be to run it 12 weeks even if your going to do it.

Seems like you have achieved a lot naturally and good for you. Some impressive numbers.

I personally have never run any cycle less than eight weeks, and cannot think of anyone I know who has either. Run in at 10 weeks/ two shots per week (Mon. & Thurs.) With good PCT....You'll blow up!!!! :mix:

it's refreshing to see that you've decided to challenge your limits naturally before incorporating juice

because of your knowledge & commitment to diet, you are very much ahead of others ...you might even be very impressed with just 250mg/wk ...but with T-E the problem is that @ wk 4-5 is when it'll really starts kickin' in ...and I doubt, at that point, you're really gonna want to stop cuz you'll be just begining to experiencing great growth (it's addictive)

...so, in short, I'd say if you want to run T-E, then run 8-12wks

...and if you want to run a short 5weeker, then IMO, I'd just run PR.OP EOD instead

i agree with everything but would add nolvadex to the pct with clomid and AI. it' s a kick fucking ass pct no doubt about it. i've tried both alone and pct was crap. putting both together with an ai even aifm and had awesome pct and now kicking in some nitric oxide and am sporting wood all day :). none of my pcts that didn't contain all three chems worked worth a shit

I would run the TEST E At least 8-10wks
