Hey people. Thanks for your time.
Here is my case.
Age - 32
Weight started - 79kg
Hight - 188cm
Working out 5 times a week. A-B workout. 2-2.5hrs each time.
Cycle: started 26 days ago. Testoviron depot 250mg x 2 times a week.
AI: 12.5mg of aromasine per day.
Drinking: 2.2 gallons (7-8 litters) of water a day.
Food:
5am - serials 17grams + 150grams of 3% milk + 3 eggs (white only or one yellow)
7am - protein bar - 20grams of protein
8am-10am workout
10am - 40 grams protein shake
11am - 100grams chicken 150 grams potato + 1 egg white
1pm - 100 grams chicken 150 grams potato
3pm - protein bar 20grams protein + 3 eggs
5pm - 100 grams chicken + 150 grams potato
6pm - 15 grams serials + 110grams milk
7pm - tuna 200 grams
8:30pm - protein shake 20grams or protein bar
10pm - casein whey protein blend 30grams protein
I snack in between small pieces of pastrami etc but nothing major.
Corrent weight - 83kg. Mostly water. No muscles gained.
Improvement in power - normal. No more than 10% within 2 months.
My gear is pharma government grade. Straight from the pharmacy. No fake stuff guarantee.
Pct planned- 40/40/20/20 tamoxifen
Hcg - got on hand. But ampoles of 5000iu. Can I take less cc from the ampole to get the needed 500? There's no 500iu ampoles in my state.
My questions: why aint i gaining anything ?? I work hard (gym instructor) i eat hard (3500 carbs easily)
All weight i added is mainy fat and water. I see no results. Prior i had six pack. Now I lost it. So no muscles gained and i work abs hard. I do 8x5 workout. 15 sets per muscle (3-4 different positions/ drills)
I change routin and never stick to the same workout more than two weeks to make my body not get used.
What should I do? Should I stack like a mad man and eat eat eat knowing I will go fat? But that's not how it should be. I should have muscles gained.
No acne. No side affects. Maybe oily skin but that's it. No aggression. And I am sure gear is legit. I have perscription and it's straight from the pharmacy. Different one every time.

I have not looked into detail but from what I have seen in ur post 2 issues

1st
2-2.5 hrs in gym ?! That's way to
Much man no need for that

Second most of ur cal are coming from shakes and protein bars! That's a huge issue there

Go into diet area and look at a sticky I posted
Bout diet and gaining weight !

Also ur abs that are covered up could be bloat from water but not sure I would say also wait a bit longer 4 weeks it is just starting to hit but I would assume u should have seen something...

As soon as I have a bit more time to review ur post I will shoot ya over a bit more info

But I think ur diet is sub par honestly !
 
3 meals are shakes !! Two are bars !! That's a huge issues

And only 100g of chicken

Dude please get in the diet section and read my sticky

You're probably gaining fat are losing your abs because of all the processed crap in the bars!!

90% of protein bars are just like candy bars with extra protein


I don't even know why you got on the cycle with the diet like that you're supposed to have your diet in check in training and check before you hop on gear
 
I would assume you haven't gone up and wait because you're probably losing muscle and gaining fat with the diet like that!!!

Not all the testosterone in the world can fix that issue


Poor diet = no gains ever
Poor diet = no amount of gear can fix
 
You're eating like a bird and working out long as hell your cortisol levels are probably through the roof even though you're on test!!!
 
Hi buddy. Thanks. I wouldn't go that far.
I eat 300-400 grams of chicken a day. 200 grams of tuna. I also consume 6-8 egg white a day.
I will drop to one bar a day. I can't consume less than 3 shake cups a day. Two after workout and one before sleep of casein. It takes time to go from gym to home.
Should I add more of the serials in the morning and the milk as well? How about cheese?
My fat % is very low. Or was (10%) prior to the cycle. And on that time I ate much less.
I also consume vitamins (Gnc) amino acids and the "clear pill" from muscle tech. 3-4 grams of creatine a day.

Look at the sticky in diet like I said dude makes life easy

If ur serious cook ur meals buy a lunch box or 6 pack bag and bring food with ya

Are u willing to do whatever it years to get to ur fitness goal ?
 
Shakes and bars are fine. I'd cut the workout time down a little and get blood work. Idc what you're eating test will give some gains esp if the efforts there. It has to be bunk
 
U want honest advice and good help

It's easy ur diet is not good at all not balanced like I told you go find that meal plan that I posted and follow it I guarantee you you'll see some good results of your gear is real

Or better yet here is the meal plan
 
Meal 1
Meal 1

-Two large cage free organic eggs

-One cup of egg whites

-One cup of oats dry

-Two slices of whole wheat or whole-grain toast

-One cup of fruit any kind



Meal 2

-6.5 and ounces of chicken breasts boneless and skinless

-1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil

-One and a half cup of broccoli or mixed greens

- 1/2 cup black beans or brown rice



Meal 3

-One cup of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

- 1/4 cup of nuts example almonds walnuts pistachios

-1/2 cup of chopped apple

- 4 oz deli meat turkey breast chicken breast roast beef

-two slices of whole grain ,sprouted grain or ezekiel bread



Meal 4

Post workout

This post workout meal can fit in any meal of the day adjusted accordingly to your workout schedule



-2 cups of skim milk ( want to limit fat intake post workout )

-Two scoops of whey protein

-One banana

-One glycemic piece of fruit mango pineapple (something very sugary fruit)



Meal 5



-8 ounces of lean meat lean beef pork or chicken

-One cup of mixed greens or 10 to 12 spears of asparagus

-One medium sweet potato

-1 tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil

-1/4 cup brown rice



Meal 6

-1 cup berries. Straws, blues, razz, or mixed

- 1 cup cottage cheese

-1tbsp natural pb







This is a general plan that will put some size on ya

If ur not gaining. Up ur meat one oz and adjust carbs a bit
-Two large cage free organic eggs
