Test/deca/tren log with sdrol kickstart

Update day 18

Weight 250.8
Up 4 pounds from yesterday

Log for today's gonna be short and sweet probably. Today was supposed to be my off day but as expected I couldn't stay out
Of the gym so went and trained chest and killed it! Strength was up today just from Tuesday and it was amazing! Back pumps are getting worse so gonna start adding some taurine in. Had to do a 12 minute run for a fit test for work today and man first of all cardio sucks and second of all cardio sucks when taking superdrol. My calfs were so pumped it was unreal I could barely walk they were so tight. Only 10 more days of superdrol then its on to deca/tren. Expecting some big gains from it and hoping to get up around the 270-280 mark after the whole cycle. Hope to be around 256-260 by the time I start deca/tren. Can't wait! Diet was on point today as listed so gains should still be coming. Give me your feedback guys I love to hear it. Thanks for following, will update tomorrow.

Update day 19

Weight 251.6
Up .8 from yesterday

What's up guys, chiming in here with my daily log. Weight was up .8 today so still steady gains. Strength was up as expected today as well. Trained some delts and traps and went up on weight on majority of lifts and if not then went up on reps with the same weight. No sides that are worth complaining about as of yet. No acne or libido issues to speak of, only some major lower back pumps. Diet was on point today also. Only 9 days until deca/tren and as you all know I cant wait! I am also wondering where you guys would recommend pinning when I start tren? I plan on pinning ed to stabilize blood levels and minimize sides. As of now I'm just pinning quads with test cyp Mon/wed/Fri but don't want to continue to do quads ed. So if you guess could just give me some recommendations so I can switch it up daily. Delts,glutes...? Thanks for following guys. Will update tomorrow and answer back to any replies!

In currently a few weeks into my tren cycle and am pinning quads delts and triceps. Quads are big enough I space out the injects in 3 different locations per quad so there's quite a bit or sites to rotate around. I can't do glutes, for the life of me I always seem to pin them wrong and end up crippled

Thanks man! How are the tris? I've never tried there? Do you use an inch or still an inch and a half? How are your results so far man?

The best cycle is to not hijack somebody else's thread. Eating 6 meals a day at approx 4000-4500 kcals per day, and working out hard and taking a multi-vitamin. Start your own thread!

Update day 20
Weight: 249.6
Weight down 2 pounds

Am noticing my weight is fluctuating day to day and hasn't gone up much the past couple of days. Still for the week it has gone up a good amount. So I'm more than likely going to keep my diet the same as the gains from here on out will be slow and steady, as much of the "rebound phase" is over. Am noticing a little bit of acne flaring up on my shoulders blades and upper back. Nothing too bad yet just some red dots here and there. I am sweating like a dog all day every day no matter if I have the ac or fan blowing on me, my body temp is just sky high. I could really tell today how carb sensitive this superdrol really is. I finished my workout and had my post workout shake containing 50g carbs and 25g protein and then was training a client. It was about 2 hours after drinking my shake and I could litteraly feel my blood sugar drop, I suddenly felt cold got the chills got lightheaded and felt real weak. Went and got my meal of white rice and chicken scarfed it down and felt just fine. Workout was great today as well, trained arms today and the pump was out of this world with no complaints there. Will do my weekly weigh in tomorrow and also take some progress photos. Will post my new diet tomorrow if it changes any. Let me know if you have any questions or advice for me.
