500mg EQ ew 1-15wk
50mg Dbol ed 1-4wk

Not really sure where to throw the winny in at. Oh and eating about 4000 cals and 350-400g protein. Doing the 5x5 workout Needto showed me (thanks bro). Any inputs or advice would be greatly appreciated.

you REALLY need to invest in fish oil or FLAX seed IMMEDIATELY

pick up some VIT C and you will HEAL great throughout, without any swellings

Good point. Bill Romanowski is a always talking about how important zinc and magnesium is, helps heal. I think he has a line of products out now, a mag/zinc and a creatine (don't know if their good though).
 
5g of creatine after workout.

I take 2 multi's a day. One in the morning and one before bed.

I do have flax seed and fish oil. When and how much should I take?

Vitamin C - Heal without swellings? What are we talking about there?

If you want to have an immaculate recovery from training
and Lower your chances of a tear/sprain/break

3-4 g flax or fish ed thats 1 with Brek Lun Din
4-5 g vit c ed (recovery, potent at blocking cortisol, immune system skyrockets)
1-2 calcium pills ed
2 multis ed
2-5g creatine ED
this is straight from my doctor!!!!

take 2g creatine Pre and 3g post (anabolic window)

that is immaculate cycling and my exact ED procedure

I also supplement Nar-ala, resveratrol, l gluatmine, caffeine, saw palmeto, arginine, taurine, milk thistle when cycling, etc but these are not necessary.

Very true but if you cycle off long enough the sensitivity will come back....where 500mg will still deliver good results. I guess is loses potency if you on most of the time without much time off.

Its my 4th cycle. I'm making sure I don't overtrain and paying close attention to my body. I can definitely tell this 5x5 is going to work wonders! Adding some pics here in a minute!

I'll admit, I'm a newbie when it comes to all this. I never really nailed down the nutrition part and never had good advice from anyone on what do, what to take and what to eat. I research all day, but its nice getting advice from people who have half a clue you know? Been there and done that. Decent is better than shitty.

And I'm open to any criticism too. I'm here to get in better shape and get jacked. If you have any inputs or advice, feel free throw it my way!!! Mind you, I'm in the military and food selection is far from great being on deployment.

I think thats a huge reason I haven't been able to get where I want is because I'm stuck on a ship with only what they feed us. So I'm very limited on what I can pick to eat from!

Bro, I was on a ship for 4 years, Cruiser. As you probably know, you need to befriend the cooks. On my ship we ha d a pretty healthy selection, and plenty to go around, big salad bar, meats and carbs every meal. Plus they posted nutrition facts for each item. You just gotta’ stay away from that damn soda/snack machine and the ship store, plus take plenty of protein powders and shit with you. But you gotta' appreciate what you got, I'm Army now and you eat MUCH better in the navy (you may not even get to eat in the army). But good luck to ya, and be careful, don't get caught throwing those needles overboard by the EPA.
 
4 years on a cruiser? Mad props to you. Those babies are tiny! I have a couple friends of mine who are cooks, so they hook it up when they can. Sometimes though, I'm stuck eating tuna fish and drinking milk most nights because the food they are serving is trash. And I definitely stay away from the soda/snack machine (geedunk), but our ship store actually has some real healthy foods in there. haha... no needles overboard here. just tucked neatly into the garbage bags.

Ya dude, I hate to contradict your trials and tribulations but it sounds like you got it pretty good. I pretty much live on tuna, but when I was on ship I ate so much spam and spam type products it wasn't funny. The list of ingredients said things like "mechanically separated chicken" and "pork hearts." But I needed to get my late night protein while on watch in the engine room, doing dips by the evaps in a 120 degrees...ahhh the good old days.

We have a lot of creature comforts on this boat. They even sell Nitro Tech in the ship store. I don't think have any spam on our boat. So, you were a pit snipe? Dirty creatures you people are. But yeah, its hot by the evaps. A good 108 degrees hot!

Hell ya I was a snipe, I was "A-gang." Dirty creatures? You forgot to mention bitter, dirty bitter creatures. But you don't have it so bad, near as I can tell. A couple things I used to do, you may not be able to but I don't see why not. I used to order a lot of shit from the internet. I know mail takes for ever but I would order like 3 or 4 buckets of protein, some supplements (legal) and books. You also need to try to take advantage of the "care package" situation. Have a wife/girlfriend/mom/brother send you some of that shit, it's the least they can do while you’re serving the country for them. My lady once sent me a 12 pack of beer while I was out on PAC, I don't recommend that but you get the idea. Since your not an engineer I know you have tons of free time on your hands, so underway can be the best thing in the world in the since that you can get your self jacked. Good luck to ya out there bro, Kick a chief in the shins for me, and when you have enough of the squid life come on over to the army...it's better.
