hey all, my bud got some crystalized test prop, ball in bottom of vial. what does he do to get it back to a consistant mixture? also is this a sign of poor quality gear? concern for sterility due to lack of ba?

i saw someone else suggested shooting some BB into it, would this be a good idea? or absolutley nessacery before using?

How long has it been sitting? Has it been cold where you live? Where do you store it? In most cases, reheating will do the job just fine. But adding a LITTLE bb through a whatman couldn't hurt.

Just reheat in warm water and it will redissolve, totally safe to use. The person who made it probably didn't use enough BA/BB to keep the solution from crashing and your friend stored his gear at a slightly cooler temp that normal, so the cyp crashed out. Reheat and you should be fine...if not, adding a TINY amount of BA or BB will certainly increase the solvent levels enough to keep it liquid.

its 100mg/ml how long should he give it to re-crystalize to know for sure it will be ok? dont want it to do this and have it crystalize after shot.

I just had the same problem with Pro-Labs Test Prop. Good to know this. Didn't have a chance to post yet.
I actually added tren to mine drew it out and mixed 20cc's (test) with my bottle of tren.

If there are big chunks at the bottom I would be worried about having really shitty un-sterile gear.
If you do not trust your source I would recommend doing more than simply baking it because baking it will not kill bacteria. To be 100% safe I would add 1% BA to get it sterile and re-filter the gear and place it in a new, sterile vial.

there were big chunks, anyone else think i should take heed to justin's advice?
i knew my source and like i said 8 of the 10 prop bottles were good. since the others were clean when i used i knew sterility wasnt an issue.
if you are not sure about sterility than junking the gear maybe a good idea.
just adding ba or bb will help stop the crashing but sterility is of a different, bigger concern.

would the test chunking up indicate sterility though?
i had a huge crystal ball in mine too. that will melt when heated, wont tell much about sterility. you could do the whatman filter and all that but i cant tell you if it will work if the gear is not sterile. if you havent used the gear before i would be alittle concerned but if that was all the gear i could get, i'd try it out and see what happens. prop is painful for a few days. if the first 2 or 3 shots are hot and painful at day 5 and seem to be getting worse, i'd quit it.

well, id prob do one shot, monitor it and see if any probs arrise, cause i wouldnt want multiple abcesses, not one, but 2 or 3 would be bad. should i order some bb then? also what size filter should i get?
