i just started a prop 100 mg eod, var 50 mg ed.....after about a week and a half my sex drive is nuts! strength and vascularity getting freaky. imo its definatly better then a var only cycle even though i had amazing gains with btg oxandrin!
but i dont think my tendons can handle the weight my muscles can handle. i used to pitch and would occasionally get tendonitis in my right elbow. the right one is fine but the left one is killing! i remember reading a thread by bulldog. i believe he ewas right he said on cycle he will go lighter and more reps and off he will go heavy....now i see why!
but for the meantime i dont want any downtime.....so should i work through this? should i change up some exersizes....(tonight is bi's).... i will go lighter with more reps. please help me out here!
 
Try dropping weight and do slower reps.... Slow ass reps burn the living daylights out of me! Weight doesn't necessarily equal intensity. Try it, what do you have to lose?
 
i got the same bullshit in my forearms from doing preacher curls. i just work around it and lower my weight a little bit.
 
hahaha...i strike again. Lower the damn weights bro...lifting heavy while on is counter-productive in so many ways...just lower the weights and use some higher volume and intensity.

No reason to lift the heavy weights while on! Especially if you start to feel the tendons hurting, definitely change shit up...or else it's gonna get worse before it gets better.
 
Similar thing happened to me, I just kept a decent weight and tried to get a weight that I normally could only do 8-10 reps and tried to increase it to 20 reps. Also uped the number of sets
 
im on a 75mg/ed of orbit var only cycle. i feel a little forearm pain already. i think im going to lower my weight. good luck with your injury also tboy.
 
I just expereinced pain in my right forearm today while doing bicep curls and preacher curls. I think it tendonitis. It sucks.

how have your gains been so far? i just started my second cycle....var 50 mgs a day and prop 100 mg eod...ive gotta tell ya adding test is great so far...no sides....a zit here and there.... im still getting lean on the prop, and wasnt expecting to get as lean ad i have become....strength is even better and size and vascualrity is better by far.....its only been a wek and a hlf too i noticed the sex drive at 4 days or so....
75 mgs a day daym! orbit is fairly cheap? does it seem to be real? hows the strength?
how many, and what type of cycles have you done in the past?
 
mine have gotten to the point where they hurt a lot when on juice and a little while off...... i have to warm up with two 20 rep sets
 
hey tboy its good so far. not bad strength. i want to add test too but i want to have kids soon. im scared that will effect it. i might wait till after.
 
yeah do it on your next cycle....how is orbit? has anyone got it tested or had goo results with it....cause woot if i were taking 75 mgs a day of btg var.....LOOK OUT!!!!! and good luck making your kid...if ya need help holla;) joke!
