So I was doing bech press and I increased the weight, whenever I push I feel ticking on my shoulder. I finished last set and got out of the bench and I felt pain on my shoulder. I continued playing until I got home and I couldnt move my shoulder on all direction.

I went to my doctor and he asked me to do Xray to my shoulder to check my rotator cuff, but Xray was fine, he told me that I only suffer from a upper shoulder tendon injury, it has weakened and now it has to build itself or something like that.

He told me to stay out of the GYM for 3 weeks minimum until it fully heals. Now I was in the middle of my bulking phase and this ruined everything. I am the type who listens to those who knows better than him. So I will stay away from the GYM and I can do sport such as swimming and running.

Is there anything I can do that will prepare me to resume my training? And what about diet? Should I continue taking 4000 calories a day? Currently, I have paused my diet and lowered my potien intake to normal.

I would put the bulk on hold until you can lift and in the meantime eat maintenance calories. If you are not lifting your muscles arent going to grow so feeding them extra calories could very well result in fat storage.

I'm no professional but I'd highly advise you let this fully heal. The same thing happened to me about 5 years ago. I would lay off a week or so then go right back into the gym and reinjure it all over again each time it would get worse. I did this several times till I eventually ended up quitting working out for a year (due to frustration and laziness) and when I got back on it I noticed I still had a slight pain in that shoulder when I lifted heavy weights. To this day I have to watch the amount of weight I lift carefully because I can still feel it trying to reinjure. I doubt I'll ever be able to max out again so let your shoulder heal or you might end up with a permanent injury.
