Teen arrested on child porn charges after posting photos of his ex

I doubt the charge will stand. But it will make a point I hope. Or this kid will get a big head and think he can beat the law. Is it OJs kid?

i heard this on the radio yesterday. he had an extra chance. when the police initially got involved they asked him to take them down. he told them to fuck off.

Y'know, I'm thinking we should re-enact things like the stocks, seriously. Maybe a little controlled public humiliation might wake these shitheads up.

WTF is wrong with kids anymore? Utterly without class or discrimination.

She was stupid for sending nudes to her boyfriend. He crossed a line of decency in posting the pictures because his pride was hurt. He disrespected the police.

I think Myspace, however, is demon spawn from some twisted dimension, seriously. It's warping the brains of society. I won't fucking go near it.

Well, the police told him to take them down and he didn't. So, I think the kid needs to get in a little hot water. Child porn is a very serious charge, too serious for what he did, but something lesser.

i agree. in a way he asked for it. they gave him a chance to remove them and he didn't. but to charge the kid for child porn is ridiculous. why isn't the girl being charged? why isnt SHE going get in trouble for rape as well? i saw on Oprah one day this 18 year old was charged and convicted of statutory rape because his 17 year old girlfriends parents found out they were having sex. they found out when the kid was 17 and waited for him to turn 18 before they turned him in. now for the rest of his life he has to register as a sex offender due to a technicality.

morally he shouldn't have posted the pics but if he is the only one to get in trouble for this then the system is so fucked up its unreal. hopefully being a minor this charge will stay on his juvenile record and not his permanent record.

well, there ya go, we know why you have your position.. i raised 2 girls, and now i have a boy.. so the real issue is the boys parents allowed him to learn from life that revenge at the hands of totally destroying a girls reputation, and life is ok to do..

I'm suspect you still believe that girls are sluts, and boys are great if they have more than 1 sexual partner... now who's old school.. just an assumption on my part...

* off soap box..

the reality of it, he's not a sex offender, he is childish, and needs a good ass beating, he didn't get it when he was younger, now he gets to do it in prison..

take note, this is a good lesson for you, if you own a home, make sure you have the optional liability insurance on it, only adds like $35 year to the premium and you as the parent are financially responsible for damages caused
by your child's actions..

as for him being fcuked for life?? do u think she is injured in any way?? she is the victim in this whole thing after all...

So, let me get this straight. Because you have girls, your opinion is more valid then mine. I mean no disrespect, but that's a pretty weak argument.

Using the same logic, no one should take any credence to any of your opinions of blacks, democrats, world politics, and other items that you don't have direct and personal influence and experience on. Hell, you should even be on this one because you have never posted up a naked picture of a girl on Myspace and see FIRSTHAND the damage that is caused by it.

I believe that the damage to her will be significantly less long term them him. When she applies for a job 40 years from now, they won't see that picture; but they will find out that he's a sex offender and beat his ass again 40 years after the incident.

Don't get me wrong. The guys a douche and should get a ass kicking right now. But to get an ass kicking for the next 40 years (labeled a sex offender)? That's a little much.

Because pervs are going to take it and trade it in chatrooms all over the world. And cops will find it one day, and start wasting valuable resources trying to 'track down' this girl and make sure she's not being molested. That's more tax dollars to you and me cause of this dipshit.

First, I live in Canada. My government has learned to waste money in ways that you haven't even fathomed yet. :)

Second, I agree that resources would be wasted. However, if I can decide on which resources would be wasted; I wouldn't start with this one (see second line).

An ex of mine used to place me #1-#5 on her top friends list based on how pissed off she was at me at the time. :) She was a 33 year old wiminz too. :worried:

i agree. he needs some sort of punishment. maybe a shit load of community service or something like that. im surprised myspace people didnt remove the photos. your not aloud to post nude pics on there. they should be to blame as well.

After they broke up he posted her nudie shots on the internet that she took and sent to him while they were dating and refused to take them down.

Personally, I think they're both responsible and the both deserve to face the consequences of their actions.

If he gets charged for child pornography she should as well being that she was the photographer.

you mean she was the photographed person? ;)

And yes....I agree

I do not consider him a sex offender. That said, I also do not know the technical criteria for a sex offender. If you've got it, then great. I do understand the emotional outbursts ("think of the kids!") when some is labeled as a sex offender.

If my daughter posted a picture like that, I would first start to look inward to understand why my daughter is taking a picture like that and giving it out to everyone. "But Dad!" She'll say. "I love him and he said that he won't do it!"

At this point, I'll be sad that I did a piss poor job of raising a child who is that naive and blame myself.

Will I hate the guy? Sure. Will I kill him or hurt him? Why? All he did was post up a nude picture of my kid. The killing or hurting desire is only triggered when my kid is raped or murdered.

I wouldn't pushing the child to a degree where he had a permanent record.

Fortunately, I have boys. :D
just a smart ass kid who thinks he is running something, now he got his dick slapped, good for him
