Tall Weightlifters, I have a question

How do you get your damn biceps bigger and fuller? Also, how do you get your pectorials the nice line in between them. I mean I love being tall, but it is definitely harder to look muscular. All my fucking muscles are stretched out. By the way, I am 6'4" at 230 lbs and have very fucking long monkey arms like a basketball player. I want to look like a Jose Canseco. Help me out. Also, I never took steroids and don't plan on ever using them.
 
to answer those questions about those specific bodyparts, you just gotta make em all bigger. train heavy and eat heavy
 
well im basically all arms and legs. with no chest and no back and no sholders lol.

i would train them twice a week. do the first two sets heavy for about 6 reps with a basic excerse like heavy dumbell curls and heavy close grip bench. then what i like to do is strip off all the weight on the barbell, lean foward slightly to where im getting in no cheat and rep it out with the bar. and for triceps i do close grip pushups on my knees for as many reps to burn it out
 
I`m 6ft 3 and was 220 and went to 250 by EATING alot and ADDING heavy deadlifts and Squats to my routine. Everything grew with that-Arms, shoulders, traps ...

Make sure you`re recovery time is ample enough for your workouts.
 
I'm only 6'1ish... around 240... but my arms aren't the best part on my body for sure... my biceps are really strong, my triceps are getting there... and they have peak, but not much thickness.

I have noticed that they have grown when I hit my back heavy and my tris have gotten better with the new style of bench I am using.

But Deadlifts, squats and heavy compound exercises help give you an overall pump of your entire body... so the more of those you do, the more likely your entire body will grow.

im about 6 foot 2 inches and i would have to say that my biceps are the hardest part of my body to get growing. My arms never seem to get that full look?

oh well i rather being tall then having gigantic biceps

Yeah.. although us tall people may take a while to pack on the muscle, once we get really muscular we become the man mountains.
Nothing more spectacular then a huge six footer guy with gigantic arms and pecs.

Imagine if those long monkey arms had raging biceps and triceps.
