Here are my last contest pics taken a year ago
i was 5'9 190 at show time, now i'm curently under 5% at 212 plus lbs with less chem then i took last year, I got 4 weeks to goto till NaBBA jr nationals which willl be held in phila , PA on august 11 th i should come in at 205-208 if i plan it right. almost 15 lb -20 lbs last year and with even more condition and less cardio then every before and 40% more calories
