I want to train 3 days a week for the reason that i go to work and i dont want to go more days to the gym(ive trained with a 4 day split before, but with my work is too taxing for me and my free time).So i thought of this:
Monday:
Bench press
Db Flies
Dips
1 triceps exercise
1 bicep exercise
Wednesday:
Squat
Lunges
Leg curls or SLDL
1 calf exercise
1 abs exercise
Friday:
Deadlift
Pullups
Db or cable rows
Db press
lateral raises
Each exercise done for 4 sets.What do u think guys?Its enough volume?Should i go with 10-12 sets for chest and 6-8 sets for biceps and same for triceps for example or it would be too much?
