t3/clen cycle for women

ktcurls

New member
After all the research on t3, I am still torn as to what the correct dosage and cycle for t3 is for a woman, (since most things i have read are directed to men twice my size) while avoiding thyroid shutdown, but still getting the most benefits. Also, what do you recommend, is liquid form better in terms of results? I have been on clen alone, and I have seen NO positive results at all. Even ECA does not do much for me. I have a clean diet, but restricted calorie. I work out alternating cardio, weight training and power yoga every day. I am continuing to gain weight and it is not muscle. I am the typical dieter that has tried every diet, but since I have a history of an eating disorder, my metabolism is sooooo slow. hoping that t3 added to clen will kick it into gear again. also, is there anyone who has any regrets from taking t3, i am aware of the possible terrible side effects, but i have not heard of any of this happening to people personally although i know alot of people take it.
please help...

whatever you do do not exceed 75 mcg as you will begin to burn muscle also you xan do this safely for up to 4 weeks

T3 is going to eat up muscle with the fat. End result will likely be a slower metabolism, due to less muscle mass. You might be lighter, but you likely will also be less firm and more squishy. Rebound can also be hell.

T3 is not a good idea unless you are taking an AAS along with it to help combat catabolism. I can't help you with dosing, but I can recommend you re-think taking it.

You say you "have tried every diet" .... how long have you tried the diets? Most diets need at least 2 months of following them to REALLY see what is working or not working. Eating clean is a away of life - it is not something that comes easy, nor is it the lastest "thing". It is a strategic planning and involves a lot of trial and error. Eating for RESULTS will take time - often months or years - to develop a perfect eating plan for YOUR INDIVIDUAL BODY.

Also, "restricted calorie" may be a problem. If you are not properly fueling your body, you will never get the results you want. Again, this takes trial and error to find YOUR perfect solution.

With your history, and the past ED, I strongly believe supplementation is NOT the way to go. Especially something as serious as T3. You need to focus on YOU and the changes you can make to bring about the results you desire - not some drug.

thanks for the advice, I am really thinking about this before I start the t3. i can not afford to slow down my metabolism anymore. The reason why I never can stick to one diet plan is NOT because I am not seeing results, but because I will actually gain weight, and I get scared enough to switch around everything I am eating. Therefor, I have never found which foods are troublesome, which combinations may work for me, which ones bloat me. The only "diets" that I see positive physical results from deplete my energy to the point where my workouts are sabotaged and my brain gets foggy. Which is clearly why i am looking for supplements to give me a little boost, metabolically, so that i can figure out my eating plan without getting farther from my goals, physically.

what if a woman was to take an AAS like winstrol and t3 how would that turn out... could she loose say 10 -15 lbs?

wouldn't recommen winnie you woudl lose weight but not wher eyou want you would probably lose your boobs due to winnie's anti-progesterone effect

Unless she is a competitor, T3 is not a good idea. And Winny usually isn't a "cutting drug" per se. for females. Winny will often add muscle (IF the diet is clean and high in protein) and weight, possibly bloating.

Losing 10-15lbs will come from smart diet and training.

kt - I totally understand where you are coming from - especially when you get wind of things like t3, clen, aas. TRUST ME, there is no such thing as a magic pill, especially for women. Guys will always have some story about results from this or that combination of "supplements", but these do NOT equivalently apply to women. And even with any of these supplements, they are exactly that - just supplements. If your basic diet & training aren't in place & well-established, the supps will either do nothing or backfire on you. Every time you force a sudden change in your body, it may work for a while, but your body will always rebound to try to get itself back to some baseline and you will end up worse off than you were before.

I appreciate your experience w/ other diets, etc., but can we start from a base & take a good look at where you are now & see what we can do w/ that first? Can you post your regular diet (e.g. one day's meal plan) and your typical training routine? That way we can identify the good & bad parts & also consider what fits into your regular lifestyle. If your plan doesn't fit into your lifestyle, you will get frustrated & toss it, then again end up worse off than you were in the beginning.

Let's see where you are now & roughly what you want to accomplish as your goals!
