I'm 10 weeks out from doing my first fitness show and I need to lose about 10%-12% bodyfat. I would like to start using Clen and T3 because I heard in combo they are a really good fat burner. What I need to know is how to go about taking them and how much I should be taking. Info on me....1700cals (5 meals) a day, cardio (45min x2) LBM 125lbs, bf19%, train 5 days a week. Any info would help me out alot. Thanx
