Also on that post, when I quoted PNAC as saying their plans would be a sluggish process unless a "New Pearl Harbour" was to happen, that was straight from their documents, from their own Public Website.

I just find it keenly suspicious among everything else going on that this group, which comprises a great number of the key positions in the Bush admin, including Cheney, Rumseld, Wolfowitz etc, they have this plan that is now being enacted out, and they 'wished' for a "New Pearl Harbour...." and WaLA! a year or so after them taking power we have it, the largest single attack on American soil in history, and, just as in the plan, we start rolling through the middle east. Combine that with all else that is going on, all that we have been lied to about and misled, and I think you may just come to the conclusion that, as has happened before in history, our country was allowed to be attacked to serve the ideals of the upper echelon.

It's possible. Just like it's possible that America allowed the Japanese to attack us at Peal Harbor in order to get the necessary support for world war II.

And look, now we have another major attack on America, which is used to rally support for another war. An interesting coincidence, no doubt, although not one that i personally believe- as there is significant evidence to the contrary as well.

Certainly something to think about though, and it's good to have people always questioning the government. Considering an event from a different perspective benefits everyone who is open minded enough to logically evaluate the arguments on both sides.

To me this stuff seems is a little too government is out to get me- must wear a tin foil hat so they don't read my mind type of thing. If this really were true it would absolutely shatter everyones faith in the government.

Syria is a huge supporter of terrorism, and has WMD (chemical and bio capabilities anyway) that are among the most advanced in teh region.

The post 9/11 spoeech was aimed at terrorists and those who harbor/support them.. Syria certainly qualifies.

Because I do not want my tax money being wasted on some pissing contest between my government and some fanatics that cold care less if the world glowed bright red...as long as the fanatics hurt westerners.

I would rather have the money come back to me through a strong economy and lower taxes (when the deficit is taken care of).
