syntrax matrix 5.0

I have used it and liked it.

Not all people are the same, if you can get a sample of it or a smaller size to try it out, that would be best.

Correct me if im wrong but syntrax 5.0 seems to have a slower absorbtion rate and thus would be better suited to keeping nitrogen balance positive throughout the day (and during sleep).

Right now im using optimum nutrition's 100% whey. I take 2 scoops with my breakfast(46g of protein), 3 scoops post work out (69 g of protein), and 2 scoops of egg white protein before going to bed (46g of protein).
100% whey is made up of whey concentrate and isolate and im afraid that aside for the post-workout shake, i'd be better off with syntrax 5.0.

Do you use syntrax for your post-workout shake? I assume that with dextrose the absorbtion rate of syntrax, while inferior to ON's 100% whey, must be pretty good.

Thanks

Here is the quick breakdown on M5.0. It was suppose to be an extension of Isomatrix Reloaded, which was a superb casein/egg/whey blend. To make it very attractive in price, they put them in bags and added inferior ingredients, and increasing WPC. Though I'm not 100%, I'm pretty sure the blend is 80% WPC/WPI and 20% casein/egg/soy. I like the taste and think it's a great value, but it isn't a great "blend."

No soy in that bad boy. One of the best values out there I'd have to say though. Will be switching to that soon when my ON Whey is gone. ON is the shit, but goin with a blend is the smarter choice and Syntrax makes it economical.
