So if your sick take a break sometimes we need to stop and look after ourselves not keep burning the candle at both ends

Lucky I was fit and strong got through there was a 34 yo bloke same condition as me in ICU he never made it out

Yer we take our health for granted a lot of the time and stop and think how easy it can all turn around..Glad you are a strong bloke and came out the other end. You been a big help and inspiration to me mate. So thank you for sticking in there.
