Wondering if you guys had any tips when it comes to switching from bodybuilding to powerlifting training? I try to be a bodybuilder but it just didn’t happen. I just don’t think I have the genetics for that. I really like to strength train and that’s where I want to focus going forward when it comes to strength training. Do you do any cardio? Do you do any high repetition? Do you do drop sets? What are some secrets?
