hello all, ive decided to change my routine from this:
day 1: chest/tris
day 2: back/bis
day 3: legs/delts
to this:
day1: chest/bis
day 2: back/ tris
day 3 same as before
how's that sound to all of you? sound okay? btw, i rest between each day, so dont think that i train 3 days in a row or sumthin.
btw i had been doing the old one for quite a long time.
