sweating + gasing + sickness after eating

Hi.
Ok, i already once posted that i'm gasing a lot.

But i also have some other strange symptoms:
i'm sweating a lot! when i walk to school in the morning (which takes me 20mins), i'm freezing my ass off. but when i arrive at school, my whole t-shirt is wet although i was actually freezing!

also when i eat, i feel kinda sick for 2 hrs or so.
and i also have to fart a lot.

are those symptoms somehow connected together? if yes, what might be the reason?
is my body rejecting food and therefore sweating it out and building gas?

Sounds like you're a growing boy....the sweating is probably due to some fat-burning effect from the high levels of GH in your body. The nausea might by attributed to the high test levels, although that's just an assumption. The farting is due to the protein intake.

Are you drinking a lot of milk?
The gas could be attributed to lactose intolerance if you are...
Lactose is a difficult sugar to break down in general...
Just pissing in the wind...

2 litres of milk a day would cause some serious problems for the people around me.... you'd need a gas mask.. try drinking your shakes with water for a week or so and see if it makes a different in your gas levels... if not.. go back to milk again

and what about getting tired after eating? sometimes i get tired, i think its mostly when i eat very high carb meals.

For this post, you get tired because of the INSULIN crash after the high carb meals.

If the milk is around 2 liters, I would say you might be lactose intollerant.

Mr.X

is this insulin crash normal? i mean is this for all people that they get tired after a high carb meal? or is this just for some people (like me)? if it's just for some people, is that a bad thing? i mean should i avoid such meals which make me tired?

and about the lactose intollerance. is that a bad thing or does it just mean that i should just avoid lactose and then i'll be fine?

Sounds like lactose intolerance. Listen, I eat 300-400g protein a day from food and NEVER get gas. But that's b/c I avoid a lot of foods I have an intolerance/allergy to. Try using protein drinks w/ little to no lactose, and mix them in water, not milk. Also, if you get the gas from other foods w/out the milk it might be a food allergy. I'm sensitive to a lot of foods and they bloat me, give me gas and make me really hot and have recently been eliminating them, feeling MUCH better for it. A quick test which may give u an idea is to take your pulse for 1 min. right before a meal, then take it again about 10min after the meal, if pulse goes up by 10 or more, then a food allergy/sensitivity is possible. Also if your face, under the chin swells up thats another visible sign. Start w/ cutting out the milk and see how that goes.

Sounds more like you are milk protein intollerant, or do not drink enough water. I have the same problem. If I drink milk my stomach goes crazy, I did an lacto test and it came out normal. They said it was often a slight intollerance to milk protein, or just that you are not drinking enough water with the carbs(yes carbs..lots of fibers with too little water = constipation..to little fibers can also, and are more likly to give constipation and gas. )
Add 1.5g Ginger root to each meal, It helped me A LOT. I also try not to eat to fast and always to drink lots and lots of water during the day.
