I have acquired some Sustenon capsules and I would like to begin my cycle, my poblem is how do i do it? I dont know howto get the sustenon from the capsule to the syringe, plus what is a good way to get some syringes? What is the best size to use?

Where did you acquire these capsules? Are they amps or pills? I've never heard of Sust capsules. Actually, you do need to do more research bro, it will be for your own good.
