My first 2 cycles were 3 tabs of Dbol a day for 5 weeks plus 50mg of winstrol every other day.

My third cycle was 2 CC's of Primo for 8 weeks with 50 mg of Winstrol every other day.

My forth cycle was stricktly a maintenace cycle while I dieted hard.
7 weeks of 2 CC of Primobolon depot.

As you can tell I have never done anything hardcore which is why I am confused as to what dosage I should administer to myself. I am not a fisrt time user of AS, but I am when dealing stricktly with Test.

I am 5"9, 225Lbs, probably around 18%BF. I intend to eat clean throughout the entire cycle and beyond.

add some proviron in your cycle of sus start it about your 4th week at 25mg a day helps keep the gyno away,also will harden you up and keep your sex drive in check. love proviron stuff is awsome!

You still didn't say how you responded to those cycles. I assume you were satisfied with your results but are looking to kick it up a notch.

I'd say you could go either way. If you want to very conservatively try test out then go with 250mg and the primo at 200mg. You may or may not get a supperior response to this (I personally used to gain on 200mg of deca whereas I needed 400mg of test weekly when used alone - maybe I'm an exception). Doing 500mg would also be okay just keep anti-gyno on hand and be prepared to hold some water if not using arim.

You seem to have used a reasonable progression before and you seem satisfied with your results. Sort of a gamble, but neither choice is out of line.

Just did a cycle od sustanon/eq for eight weeks(first time). I am up 17 pounds now waist down two inches. Now I am on the clomid, soon be over, strength has not ben lost since I stopped.
Planning on getting 500 mg/wk next time and I got a lot of deca so I will mix that two. I am new to the game myself and I have promised myself, never start a cycle without some clomid and anti-e's around. Hope that help, like I said 17 lbs.

What was your cycle amts?

What were your starting/ending stats?

Yes, generally you only take them if u feel the gyno comin on.

#1 - I've seen many smart people post that the whole "Nolvadex hinders gains thing" is a myth

#2 - You don't always "feel gyno coming on".

Therefore if you are worried about gyno and are going to run 500mg of sust, I'd run Liquidex @ 1mg/ED or EOD and definitely have Nolvadex on hand, if not taken at light dosages throughout anyway (10-20mg/ED).

I would bump it up to 500 mg a week and allow 4 days in btw injections.
Regarding liquidex or arimidex i would not take 1 mg ed or eod all you need is .25mg/day.

It is morons like you that disseminate bad information and fool newbies into thinking that .25mg/ED is enough.

Let me back up my claim once again with something called experience. I did a similar cycle to what he proposed and was running Liquidex @ .50mg/ED and still got gyno. Yes gyno, the exact fucking thing this guy is referring to when he says "I am just concerned about gyno". Only now is it starting to fade with Liquidex @ 1mg/ED and Nolvadex @ 40mg/ED for now.

I honestly hate flaming but I can't stand it when advice is given as it is the rule. If he wasn't worried about sides then fuck it, go with .25mg/ED but he specifically said he was worried about it.

Wait until after your cycle. Then maybe you can give advice on shit you actually experienced.
