Sustanon 325

So this is my first cycle ever and I had a few questions. I am about to start sustanon 325 in the next few weeks and was wondering if I should shoot once a week or twice. I usually work out 3-4 times a week regularly and am just trying to add some more mass and muscle. I'm 22 years old, 6'1, and weigh about 160. The source I was originally getting the sus through had a whole meal plan, workout routine and daily vitamin list to take, but the plans fell through, forcing me to get it from someone else. Also if anyone has any good meal plans that would be awesome.
 
If you can't weigh more than more than 160lbs then you must have a shit diet. If you add steroids then you will gain mass and lose everything because your diet must be lacking badly. Just the reality of the situation

I've always had a tough time gaining weight. I plan on eating around 4000 calories or more a day while cycling.

That doesnt make sense.
Why don't you eat 4000cals before you cycle and see what you can gain naturally
