Hello there, I am a power lifter and trying to find new techniques now that I am recovering from ankle reconstruction. I am trying to find new ways to still lift and with same results without putting weight on my ankle. I had my surgery a week and half ago and starting the gym tmrw. I have simple curling exercises and triceps extensions and the such that I know I can do without weight but merging it into a routine and only focus on specific groups each day would be great if any suggestions could come about! Also. Looking for a new diet plan. I need something that can keep up with a busy busy tight schedule with me being military and such! Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
