Does any one know if there is a supplement that would help to improve suppleness of the joints and muscles? My hamstrings are so tight from doing dead lifts I cant even touch my shins. (although i stretch them out regularly and take yoga when I can) I take omega 3's along with my regular post protein. Any other suggestions out there ? I didnt see an answer anywhere on the forum.
