How can somebody clean out lungs and the air they breathe at home. What should I be supplementing to help in that process. Does such a thing exist ?

Supplements won't clean dirty air. Get a filter.

i have posted amillion times on this subject

1. houseplants clean the air bigtime.. get a bunch of them
2. vacuum carpet and dust
3. A/C filter
4. air out your house frequently so you aren't circulating dirty air

Look into a good quality air filter.

House plants are also a great way to help clean the air in your home

There really isnt a supplement for this. Reduce inflammation from dirty air,etc.
