Hoping you can tell me some advice on the best way to do it and which supplements to use here
A lot of times there are issues with diet. Can you list out what you eat in a typical day? Also, what improvements are you trying to make? More muscle, less fat, better sessions?

Beside losing confidence from lack of approvement are you looking to boost your energy during training etc, perhaps need to change workout routine after hitting plateau with no progress. I suggest you every 3 weeks change your training routine and focus your achievement, as far supplement, consuming Creatine, Protein, Beta alanine, Amino acid, Beta hydroxy, BCAA hope this help
