I've been doing some reading aorund and it seems some of the test boosters here actually do work, unless its all a rep conspiracy..
I seemed to notice that lot of people here dont think you should mess with anything liek test boosters, or even things like the sarms until you're a little older because as a 25 year old Im already producing a buncha test? at least supposed to be? whats the harm in boosting it?
I currently take just whey protein, creatine mono, and multis suppd with vit c and d, fish oil, a g/c/msm joint supp and green tea extract.. gonna start taking a preworkout soon but some of these thigns got me interested
like what about GEAR? supposed to boost your protein intake
I get the idea that alot of these are for moreso when your gains slow down and you need a boost, is that to say, at a newbie stage you won't feel the boost? I mean, if im working at 100%, won't any extra supp like this boost me up to 110%, theres no harm in it right?
I've gained 30lbs since january so Im doing good.. but everyone wants an edge and I am not going to look at steroids until I put on another 20-30lbs of lean mass 'natty.' the sarms look interesting but at this point i feel like its playing with fire and i should just ignore them for a while
