Suppliments for women?

tical

I'm looking to start getting my girlfriend on a few things, she's been going to the gym, losing fat and putting on some muscle... diet is good and although she is fairly pleased with her progress so far i'd like to improve her results by getting her on some suppliments

currently she just takes a multi-vit from GNC

i'm thinking of throwing in some glucorell, levorex and bcaa's... anything else you guys can recommend? her goal is to drop some of the stubborn bodyfat around her thighs and put on some more lbm. creatine? no2? are these safe for women?

she's relatively thin... 5'7 115, she gets the "oh your so skinny" types of comments and its really been getting to her lately.

apparently fat people feel the need to always remind her that shes thin and then they say shit like she doesnt eat (when she does, 5 times a day) or that she's anorexic, etc... jokingly to them but it really hurts her, i guess it would be like walking up to a fat person and saying damn you're a fat pig.

anyway, her primary goal is to get some size on her frame, she does have a little fat around her rear end but we're not really worried about that right now... i figure with her metabolism that will go away once the lbm picks up... it's already going away as it is.

so without aas, what can she take to optimize her results?

I would stay away from fat burners since she is already skinny and fat loss is not the real issue yet.

Protein supplementation is a good idea, creatine is safe for women (I think AF store has a good one?), Glucorell-R is great for carb meals - even when not cutting.

I have never taken BCAAs, so I cannot comment on those - but I know several women have taken them, so they are safe, but I cannot vouch for their effectiveness.

A multi-vit is great, for everyone.
