What do you think about using supplements to help with my injuries?
My main concern is my legs. They bother me a lot.
I wake up in the middle of night with some pain.
What is the best dosage you think of multi vitamins that might help?
You better make sure that you aren't overdosing on fish oil. You can end up with some diarrhea. Also, I don't like the fish burps, I'd rather have them in capsules.
