I got motivated this week. My diet is 100% clean. Cut WAY back on the carbs. They were all complex but I still bloat on them. I only have 3 carb meals a day now. Breakfast, preworkout and post workout. On the weekends I might switch everything up.
Anyway, I am down a couple of pounds but I really can't wait for the fat to start dropping.
One thing I noticed is I am a moody son of a b..... since I cut back on food. From depression to getting irritated. At least I noticed so I can control it.
I guess I forgot what dieting was like. It sucks but its worth it!
