Summer is coming, ladies. Let's post up those fitness goals!

I don't know my stats right now. I don't really track them when I am not getting contest ready. I am going to compete in November so once the contest prep starts around July I will have statrs up.
 
I would like to have lost that last lower belly extra inch by August 1st.
I would like to be using 30 lb dumbells for chest /shoulder presses by the same time
I would like my ass to be rounder and less jiggly by at least 30%
These are important goals to me LOL

LMAO love this :D

You should try reverse hack squats that hits the glutes like nothing else looks weird but really activates the glutes good.
 
I'll have to remember to never do reverse hacks.

You are still young but there will come a time when your ass will start to drop as you age and regualr compounds wont hit it like it needs to be. Plus IMO an ass can never be to round I like to imagine two vollyballs as my butt cheeks when I hit my glutes. LOL
 
I'm a guy but I want to drop 30lbs. 20lbs would be nice but 30lbs would be ideal. I don't look horrible but I would like to look good, feel good and just have that extra confidence back.
 
I'm turning 40 on July 17th and want to look as hot as I can by then. Right now 5'7" 161.5 - heavier than I was at this time last year but nothing to be too worried about. I was happy at 150 last year but would like to lose an extra 5. Getting the diet in check - I have to work into it slowly. So stuffed down a few Peeps for Easter and moving on - back to the grind.
 
I got motivated this week. My diet is 100% clean. Cut WAY back on the carbs. They were all complex but I still bloat on them. I only have 3 carb meals a day now. Breakfast, preworkout and post workout. On the weekends I might switch everything up.
Anyway, I am down a couple of pounds but I really can't wait for the fat to start dropping.
One thing I noticed is I am a moody son of a b..... since I cut back on food. From depression to getting irritated. At least I noticed so I can control it.
I guess I forgot what dieting was like. It sucks but its worth it!

This week is even better. I didn't feel so hot but went to the gym and spoke with a couple of guys. They thought I was "huge" which I'm not but hell who doesn't like to have their ego stroked.
I wound up jumping on the scale. I am down 10lbs. My veins are starting to pop more too.
Now I just have to shrink the old stomach and drop more fat. 25lbs to go! :)
