I'm just getting started and with all the supplements outthere I don't know where to begin. I'm a 34 y/o female, 5'3", 145lbs. Any suggestions would be appreciated
nothing is more important than diet, as for supplements it all matters on what your goal is, also your limitations on whta supplements you will use. if you want to cut make sure you are doing cardio and following a proper diet, other than that whey protein postworkout if u consider that a supp, also e/c/a stack has a great rep for as a "fat burner".
Thanks, I will. I'm already doint the protein stuff, but with all the supps out there, I didn't really know where to start. I've heard alot about the ECA though. I'll give it a shot
