sugar- soda, candy, ect all great for building!!!!

What's wrong with fruits? lol sorry, I just can't stand soda or candy for various reasons. I like more of the rich, moist chocolate brownies or cookies or even those oatmeal creampies. But those all usually have worse things than just sugar.

I do remember reading the sugar in candy is the same as sugar in fruits, I suppose glucose? But the only difference was that fruits had vitamins and fiber? I would also like to know Needto.

fruits work to. i eat them. i put fresh strawberries in most of my shakes. im not saying you have to use soda or candy for an insulin spike. but i am saying that they work fine and a couple of sodas per wk or a couple of handfuls of jelly beans per wk make for a quick post w/o insulin spike, its not going turn you from healthy to unhealthy, and i am also saying that an insulin spike at the right time followed by the right foods will give your muscles more nutrients faster than no insulin spike. obviously there are and can be negative effects to any parts of our diets and our training aswell. that goes without saying.

Fruits are fructose. I would of thought candy would of been sucrose? Soda is HFCS is america, i dont we use that in the UK.

EDIT: Apparently HFCS is banned in the UK. heh.

joe, i think you're just bigger than us and have the advantage of genetics and aas on your side.. i agree with you, sorta. when I was on 1000mg of Test and 700mg of Tren i could use a mango, or a pack of starburst post workout and have a big meal and everything went where i wanted it to.. but as soon after i finished my cycle and my body returned to its usual inefficient self I noticed things like too much fructose, or refined sugars didn't really leave me feeling pumped after I ate and I held more water.

i don't think anyone should eat jelly beans, fucking outdated.

well i guess i'll be stupid and keep growing lol. i will still keep going to my stupid doctor who keeps giving me my good health reports from my blood work from those stupid labs.

if consuming a high gi carb post w/o for an insulin spike to promote muscle growth is stupid. i would hate to think what it is to take steroids, gh, slin, clen and the countless other drugs that 90% of us ef members along with the other pro and amature bb'ers and pl'ers everywhere are taking.

we are talking about a can of soda or a handful of jelly beans with 4 out of 70 meals per wk. thats 66 meals packed with water, whole grains, lean organic meats, organic veggies, nuts, milk ect. and 4 with the dreaded candy.

lets not compare 3 or 4 cans of soda per wk to being a smoker.

im a bb'er not a health nut.

i could go on all day but i think i'll stop here.
thank God, finally someone else who know how to use food to the greatest advantage. Ive been readinbg on this site for years and I have come across noone who has shared in the potential that insulin and sugars have to offer for growth. Kudos Sir.
